Your infrared sauna session is designed to be a relaxing & revitalising experience. All customers are encouraged to rest for 10 – 15 minutes following their session to cool down. Perhaps pack a drink bottle and a light snack to replenish lost water and electrolytes.
Do I Need To Remove Clothing?
