On The Spot / Same Day Payment
Our practice has onsite private health insurance (HICAP’s) claiming available. If you have Chiropractic cover, our friendly reception staff will scan your card on the day of your appointment ensuring you receive your allocated cover. Many of the more common health insurances that Vitality Chiropractic Australia clients have provide fee coverage of 40-70%. The remaining can be paid via EFTPOS, cash or cheque.
Regular Chiropractic Consultation Pre-Payment
Majority of our clients lead a preventative and wellness lifestyle, therefore appreciate the importance of maintaining a highly functioning and healthy musculoskeletal and nervous system. Vitality Chiropractic Australia provides clients with the opportunity to purchase packages of consultations with fantastic discounts (ranging from 5-15%) available. DEBIT Payment Plans
We also offer convenient DEBIT Payment Plans. If you’re facing financial stress at the moment, this type of payment can be ideal for you. Vitality Chiropractic Australia also accepts clients using Bartercard. Bartercard can be likened to an online currency where you trade services for online credit. This credit can then be used to purchase goods and other services from businesses that also accept Bartercard.
Chronic Disease Management Plan (Medicare)
The CDM plan is a Medicare initiative to assist individuals suffering chronic problems with or without associated problems. This initiative provides recipients with up to five allied health consultations per calendar year, with fee’s generally covered by Medicare. In the event that the Medicare coverage does not meet the specific practitioner fee, the practitioner may or may not charge the recipient a gap payment for the consultation. If you feel you may be eligible for a CDM plan, please speak with your Chiropractor at the time of your next consultation.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC)
If you have suffered an injury following an accident you may be eligible for TAC coverage. Firstly, you will need to lodge a claim with the TAC, once approved your practitioner may assist you in your recovery. Vitality Chiropractic Australia take the hassle out of your TAC claim by assisting you with all relevant paperwork, documents and forms.
Department Of Veteran Affairs (DVA)
All individuals with a gold or white DVA card are eligible to receive Chiropractic care. Your Chiropractor will perform a thorough assessment, and recommend a specific treatment plan for your needs. There is no need for you to pay for your consultations as our staff with directly bill DVA, ensuring your treatment with us is completely hassle free.
If you have become injured or incapacitated during your occupational activities you may be eligible for Work Cover. This initiative is simple to follow, initially it is important for you to register your claim. Work Safe Victoria will assess your claim and if deemed successful you may consult with a practitioner who will assist you with prompt return to your working environment. It is important during your treatment schedule to keep record of all certificates, documents provided by your employer or practitioner as well as providing your employer with specific treatment expenses.
